REQUIREMENTS FOR VEHICLE HIRE:
On collection of your vehicle you will need to show proof of identification. You will be asked to provide your driving licence (original only) both parts of your licence along with two other forms of up-to-date identification, one of which should be an official document with your photograph. We accept: passport, works identity card, utility bills, bank statements and credit card statements.
DEPOSIT:
Cash paying customers will be charged a deposit of £150 in addition to the hire cost. There is no charge if paying by credit card.

EXCESS:
£500.00
HIRE TIMES:
Hire times are from 9am to 9am the next day. A charge of £10 for the first hour will be made for any inconvenience caused by late returns. Thereafter the hirer will be charged the full daily rate.
INCLUSIVE:
AA recovery, Unlimited mileage, Insurance (Subject to insurance conditions)
FUEL:
The hirer is required to pay for fuel used over the duration of the hire period. Any extra fuel left in the tank at the end of the hire period will not be credited.
AGE:
All drivers must be aged between 25 -70 and must have held a full drivers licence for at least 12 months which is clean of any endorsements. Any endorsements on licence could have a small loading fee.
ADDITIONAL DRIVERS:
It is possible to extend cover for additional drivers. Please ask for details and costs..
INSURANCE / VEHICLE DAMAGE:
All vehicles are fully insured. In the event of damage being caused to our vehicle, or in the event of the vehicle being stolen, your liability will be limited to the first £500. Tyre and wheel punctures, lost wheel trims, missing fuel caps, broken aerials, loss of any parts (including spare wheel) tools, radio, lenses, mirrors, interior damage, OVERHEAD DAMAGE TO LUTON AND L.W.B & TRANSITS, are not covered by insurance an in these cases the hirer is liable for the total cost or replacement.
Excessive cleaning charges incurred due to misuse will also be passed on to the hirer.
EXTENSIONS OF RENTAL:
To extend the rental beyond the date of termination on the agreement it is essential that you inform us in advance and the additional charges paid so that the insurance may be extended. If you fail to do so you will not be insurance to use the hired vehicle and additional excess charges will be incurred.
GENERAL:
All vehicles are uk mainland use only, the are not allowed to leave the country unless otherwise agreed. All services are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse hire.
